Bookings & Cancellations
  • All bookings must be made through our online system or social media platforms.
  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) will result in your deposit being non‑refundable.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
Clinical Conduct
  • We maintain a safe and professional environment for all clients and staff.
  • Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the clinic.
  • Clients are asked to silence mobile devices and maintain a calm atmosphere within the treatment areas.
Payments & Vouchers
  • A booking deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
  • Remaining payment is made in clinic following treatment.
  • We accept Visa Debit and Mastercard.
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
